ACHIVMENTS: My last project was for an bio energy company Covanta, Job description removing and re-Developing  data from 7.5 Maximo to the clients new CMMS program people soft 9.1 using all of Microsoft office tools as the driver for the migration and Testing of such data

With Fluor O&M group, Working out of the Massena west Alcoa plant, on a project for complete roof restoration, The roof and building for the smelter burnt down, Many variables in the forecasting of this 49,5 mm dollar Capitol & Expense Project My current title is Sr. O&M Specialist/Project Controls Manager . I was working on cost controls for this project; also working on the current budget and forecasting out the budget for the next six months ITC's.

 
I also have experience in the field of heavy equipment; predictive preventative Maintenance for 25 years, and in all type of equipment and areas of discipline. I have experience also in power generation, and power distribution. I also have extensive experience with Maximo CMM’s program 7.1 and earlier versions. My last project with Fluor in Afghanistan was document control document retention/ planner/scheduler, using Maximo 7.1 
Was overseeing the implementation of the Maximo program in 10 forward operating bases in Afghanistan simultaneously In the last three jobs with Fluor O&M and Fluor Gov Group I have successfully completed above the contract's expectations, with contracts being awarded project extensions of up to two years, because of my attention to detail and the ability to communicate; having great relations with the client. With the most recent job; covering 10 forward operating bases in Afghanistan, with 100% compliancy. First time ever reached in the history of the contract, now going on for ten years. My attention to detail has allowed me to pass every Government Audit with 100 % all KPI's met using Maximo program 7.1. I also had an active security clearance until July 2014. In my first contract job with Fluor, was able to learn the copper mines operation, with 24 hour coverage, in the main control room; to watch firsthand what we’re the struggles of keeping the mine operation at 100% capacity, this also help extensively with our R&D. In this job; was promoted 3 time's in a six month time frame, and given the responsibility, of bringing the work proposals to the client first hand. I can also work all the hours the client may need or request, In Afghanistan, job requirements was 12 hours a day seven days a week. Also have experience with coal fired plants and coal delivery plants processing flow, I have 9.1 People soft -JD Edwards’s- Primavera experience
